Personal Message from bz:
It is my belief that most of us walk around on a daily basis, detached from what is going on with our bodies. Stress permeates our daily lives and some of us have a hard time balancing pleasing others with taking care of ourselves. Facials and massage allow us to take a certain period of time for ourselves, alone. I customize each client’s session to meet their needs during the time they took out of their busy schedules. Spa services allow each of us to reconnect with ourselves.
I believe in the healing power of touch. I believe in the benefits that can be received from the manipulation of the body’s tissues and the laying on of hands. Massage is something that I excel at and it allows me to help others. Along with being a Massage Therapist for the past 9 years, I taught massage technique and musculoskeletal anatomy for the three years. I learned so much during my time as an instructor and I know that teaching made me a better Massage Therapist. Giving facials allows me to help people put their best face forward. I am so grateful about what I have learned about the skin and how that knowledge has made a difference for me, that I want to share that with others. I am consistently taking advanced skin care classes and continuing my education. I also find waxing very gratifying. I love what I do!
When I’m not at work, I am dancing. I am an avid salsa dancer. Taking salsa dance lessons and social dancing is a great way to challenge myself, get exercise, and excel at what I am passionate about. I am also a vegan and care very much about animals and their welfare.
